Refund Policy - the basics

At St. Croix Superior Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue providing top-tier service to all our customers. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:

1. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Booking

   • No refunds will be issued if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled booking.

2. Cancellations Between 1 Week and 48 Hours Prior to Booking

   • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between one week and 48 hours before the scheduled booking.

3. Cancellations More Than 1 Week Prior to Booking

   • Customers who cancel more than one week before their scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

St. Croix Superior Rentals reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
